We felt like Kyle Williams might be feeling the worst of days today, but this is something that also feels like a really bad day. If you walked out to your car in the morning and saw this, we would suggest a bit of a sleep-in to combat the tree upon your car. (via)

We are all witnesses to the worst music ever made: SuperHeavy, starring Mick Jagger

superheavy publicity 2011 a l 605x340 We are all witnesses to the worst music ever made: SuperHeavy, starring Mick Jagger superheavy supergroup Mick Jagger Joss Stone Dave Stewart Damian Marley Allah Rakha Rahman

This supergroup, this awful idea, is perhaps the biggest fuck you to poor people in the history of poor people and rich people. SuperHeavy is a supergroup consisting of Mick Jagger, Joss Stone, Dave Stewart, Damian Marley, and Allah Rakha Rahman, and they make the worst music the world has ever heard. We are so ashamed of Damian Marley for smoking Mick’s laced weed and joining this group. We are all witnesses to the worst music ever made.

Madlib Mondays: DJ Rels “Don’t U Know”

One of many Madlib alias’, DJ Rels is the broken beat part of the Mablib catalog. Or as the Stones Throw website mentions, DJ Rels is a “homage to, the West London scene responsible for the short lived “broken beat” scene. Depending on who you talk to DJ Rels & Theme for a Broken Soul is either Madlib’s greatest work, his worst, or a pretty damn good experiment from a producer who refuses to do the same thing over and over again.”

Enjoy.
