Dax Norman is a contemporary artist who primarily works in painting and animation. Norman creates slippery, tripped-out characters and the psychedelic landscapes in which they reside, thrive and lose their minds. Rarely does he create a totally new piece from scratch; he prefers a symbiotic cycle, reappropriating his own work in a neverending pursuit of perfection. His paintings, GIFs and animations evoke heady hallucinogenic trips.
Wesley T. Wright is a Northern California based ceramic and mixed media artist known for his highly detailed and eccentric imagery. His work addresses environmental and existential issues with humor, grit, and imagination. Wright’s evocative sculptures have been exhibited in galleries and museums across the country including the Glassell Fine Arts Museum in Houston, Texas, and the De Young Museum in San Francisco, California.
Derek Ercolano was born and bred in New York. His detailed and delicate style of drawing has embraced the city’s vibrancy and results in distinctive series of colorful comical illustrations. He does a lot of these weirdo drawings of random characters, with melting faces and riding hoverboards and basically tripping out in every conceivable way.
Smooth and weird characters created by Jun Seo Hahm. Hahm is an animation director, graphic designer and media artist based in Seoul, Korea. His current work is focused on digital expression of biology inspired life-forms in editable time and space. After studying art theory in Korea and experimental animation at Cal Arts USA, he worked at Bent Image Lab in Portland as a designer and director for 5 years, and then Cheil Worldwide in Seoul as a planner for 2 years.
