Escif, who we consider to be one of the headiest street artists working today, has dropped so many good pieces in his hometown of Valencia this year, its hard to keep up. And with the European street art festival season going off soon, he is sure to drop some more. We love this “We Are the Robots” piece. Check our new Escif tees shirts here.
One of the most subtle, intelligent, and academic street artists in the game right now, Valencia-based Escif brings a new piece to his hometown, titled “Future is Gone.” We can look at his art all day long. And we just may.
We have been waiting to see some great Libyan street art that deals with Libyan leader, Moammar Gadhafi, and now we are starting to see some pieces pop-up. Because Gadhafi is loved in the capital of Libya, street artists are getting to mock the adoration. This piece in particular is a great one that we found on ArtDaily. Nothing like getting a NATO boot in the ass… we guess. But its not a war, says Obama.
We just came across this artist, OaKaAk, a French street artist who isn’t really making major statements, just a few really, really clever little statements that is making him/or/her one of our favorite street artists in the game right now. The blog is a bit confusing in that we think they are all done by OaKoAk, but you never know. Just enjoy them.
