Hong-Kong based artist Johnson Tsang focuses on ceramics, stainless steel sculptures and public art project. He creates strange and unexpected anthropomorphic sculptures where human forms seem to splash effortlessly through functional objects like bowls, plates, and cups. Tsang’s works mostly employ realist sculptural techniques accompanied by surrealist imagination.
We spent all day at the DMV today waiting for B288 to be called and three hours later when things felt like they were coming to a close and we were at B286 for some reason we switched to J’s and the B’s were left at 286 for another forty-five minutes. During this time, we made friend’s with an eighty-two year old half blind woman, a man who makes a living off of going and waiting in line at the DMV for other people and told us he has “an in here”, whatever that means, and studied the collection of old California License plates on the wall. We kept meaning to take a picture and post on facebook with some snarky comment about spending all day at the DMV but that seemed even more depressing than actually being there so instead we will google image search and post on the citrus report for you. Way less depressing. —The Citrus Report Staff
There are definitely women in the United Kingdom, old ladies who own Queen Elizabeth plates and Prince Charles mugs, who are just so excited about the new mugs, plates, ornaments, posters, and tea pots they are going to get out of the Prince William / Kate Middleton wedding. Like, in tears happy. Like heading to Balmoral Castle to wait in line kind of happy.
Good for the Prince. He is marrying a girl that looks like a “Bridget Jones’ Diary” or “Love, Actually” extra.
