Kings of Leon got shit on by a bunch of pigeons in St Louis, Missouri Friday night, forcing them to cancel the show a few minutes into getting on stage. We are just saying, if pigeons are shitting on you when you get on stage….

We all thought the band was going to be a tad cooler after LPs #1 and #2. Turns out, they are douches. But Kings of Leon’s first track that caught our attention was “California Waiting,” a simple, two chord pop song that didn’t see desperate for U2 admiration or fake supermodel dating templates. It was just a damn good song.
