Friend to both Upper Playground and The Citrus Report, Chris Cosentino, had the restaurant in which he is head chef, Incanto, get named as one of the top restaurants in the Bay Area, according to the Chronicle. Which is to be expected, because the food is damn tasty there, but read the list to see, if you live in the Bay or are traveling here, where you should eat tonight.
