Did you know that Salvador Dali did some art direction for a Playboy shoot? We didn’t either, but as Playboy has released their archives on their new i.Playboy platform, they have also called a Playboy Commission of tastemakers and famous people to curate a show at Partners & Spade in NYC of famed Playboy goods and memorabilia. So you will get some Haring, Eames Design, and Dali Playboy work chosen by Ryan McGinness, Jeremy Scott, and André Balazs if you stop by the great Spade spot through this month.

The Comeback, starring Johnny Carson

Posted from The Citrus Report

The Carson Entertainment Group gets it. 100% gets it. They are revamping their website, beefing up the archives, and making 3,500 hours of Carson’s “Tonight Show”  digitally  available and  making their way onto the Internet. This is 2010, make it happen.

Here is what is going down:

The first is a rejuvenated Carson Web site, at johnnycarson.com, that will feature video clips from the 30-year history of “The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson.”

The second is an online archive — available at first only to industry professionals — where users can search a digital inventory of Carson’s program and watch nearly every surviving minute of his “Tonight Show” run.

Read it all at NYTimes.com.
